Front-of-House Manager in Training Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of recent management experience in an upscale or full-service environment.
- A 4-year hospitality degree.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and craft beverages.
- A passion for people, leadership, and hospitality excellence.
- Composure under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.
Front-of-House Manager in Training Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire FOH staff to deliver flawless hospitality.
- Drive service excellence, guest satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Coach and mentor team members for growth and success.
