Executive Chef – Modern, Chef-Driven Concept | Atlanta, GA | Up to $125K + Bonus
One of Atlanta’s most anticipated new restaurant openings is set to debut—a striking, chef-driven concept that merges refined global flavors, modern design, and uncompromising hospitality.
We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead this opening and set a new standard for dining in the city. The ideal candidate combines creative culinary artistry with disciplined operational leadership and thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution and consistency.
- Build, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team from the ground up.
- Oversee menu development, seasonal sourcing, and creative innovation.
- Maintain strict control of food and labor costs, P&L management, and inventory.
- Drive excellence, collaboration, and culture through every aspect of service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in fine dining or Michelin-recognized kitchens.
- Proven success launching or leading high-volume, upscale concepts.
- Deep understanding of global cuisine, ingredient sourcing, and presentation.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Passionate, driven, and ready to lead at the highest level.
