Regional Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of director experience in a high-volume upscale operation with oversight of 3+ units.
- Minimum 3+ years of entertainment venue management experience in a high-volume role, ideally with full-service bar and kitchen.
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related field preferred.
Regional Director Preferred Background & Skills

- High focus on guest satisfaction and resourceful problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to high-performance standards.
Regional Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Establish direction and communication to General Managers, holding them accountable for venue execution.
- Supervise a team of General Managers across the region, spending 80% of the time in venues to monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Conduct regular meetings and inspections to reinforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure attainment of budgeted sales results while controlling expenses.
- Provide leadership to drive sales and maximize margins.
- Manage people issues, ensuring retention, training, and development of team members.
- Approve promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Travel at least 50% of the time to oversee operations.
