Director of National Accounts Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Focus on delivering high levels of customer service
  • Proficiency in Delphi preferred
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Must be adaptable and flexible in working across various sales areas
  • Experience in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities

Director of National Accounts Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Previous experience managing corporate accounts and group sales
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads through cold calling and industry events
  • Optimistic self-starter with a high degree of motivation and initiative
  • Experience in organizing familiarization trips and site visits for potential clients
  • Participation in trade shows and professional organizations to enhance visibility and sales goals
