Operations Fulfillment Specialist

**About the Role:**  

In this role, you'll work closely with our Operations Team to handle all aspects of ticket supply chain logistics. Using our automation tools, you'll support our Members and Customers by fulfilling orders manually, handling inquiries via phone and email.

**What You'll Do:**  

– Manage order fulfillment across 10+ online marketplaces  

– Follow marketplace and ticketing policies to process orders correctly  

– Use in-house tools and industry best practices for inventory management  

– Assist customers with purchasing and order fulfillment  

– Respond promptly to emails and calls in a fast-paced environment  

– Resolve common issues and research support requests  

– Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed  

– Build trust with Members through clear, helpful communication  

– Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction  

– Maintain high-quality customer service standards  

**What We're Looking For:**  

– Experience in customer service or similar roles  

– Professional appearance and demeanor  

– Strong organizational skills  

– Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed  

– Good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality  

– Ability to handle stressful or high-pressure situations  

– Reliable, flexible team player  

– Excellent communication and active listening skills  

– Good time management and ability to work independently  

– Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly  

**Preferred Qualifications:**  

– Knowledge of ticketing markets (primary and secondary)  

– Experience with ticketing systems and inventory management software
