What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily execution across sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media, blogs, podcasts, and promotions to attract leads.
  • Create impactful sales tools (presentations, playbooks, one-pagers).
  • Keep the CRM accurate and data-driven; track and improve conversions.
  • Partner with ad and web vendors to boost reach and performance.
  • Support sales enablement and drive revenue through multi-touch campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years in growth/marketing or revenue operations.
  • Strong CRM management (Pipedrive experience is a plus).
  • Skilled in marketing automation, integrations, and reporting.
  • Balanced creative + analytical mindset.
  • Hands-on project management and ability to hit deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ABM, paid social, and content strategy.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $80K–$90K plus bonus
  • Benefits: Medical contribution, paid time off, 401K with contribution (after 12 months).
