Assistant Restaurant Manager

Concord, NH | $50,000–$55,000

What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

  • Lead high-energy shifts with a focus on smooth operations
  • Hire, train, and coach team members for success
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences every day
  • Manage inventory, labor, and safety compliance
  • Support business planning and drive performance

What You Bring as an Assistant Manager

  • 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
  • Knowledge of food safety, labor, and cost controls
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
  • A hands-on, people-first leadership style
