General Manager

General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary: $95,000–$110,000/year

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale, high-volume establishment
Flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build relationships and manage staff
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move 25-50 pounds
Collaborative approach to creating an equitable workplace environment

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Ensure a quality guest experience by managing all areas of the restaurant's daily operations
Hire, train, and develop employees and managers, focusing on guest service, etiquette, and food and beverage knowledge
Perform daily reconciliation of actual revenues and payroll to budget and forecast
Maintain familiarity with financials, budgets, purchasing, labor costs, food costing, and inventory controls
