The Assistant General Manager during the new restaurant opening in Dallas, TX, is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the company's day-to-day operations in an extremely popular high-volume venue. Assistant General Manager Job Requirements:

3+ years of Assistant General Manager experience in a full-service, upscale dining environment
Exposure to annual sales volumes of $5 million plus
Professional image and demeanor
NRO Experience is preferred

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service and maintain a hospitality-driven culture
Lead, motivate, and empower employees
Set goals, create plans, and take effective actions to achieve them
Measure performance both subjectively and objectively
