Accounting Manager

As Controller, you’ll ensure accuracy, provide insight, and help shape decisions that drive profitability and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead month-end/year-end close, reconcile results, and explain variances
- Manage tax compliance, treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships
- Build budgets and forecasts that guide decision-making
- Translate financial data into insights for operations and sales
- Track KPIs, monitor costs, and strengthen profitability
- Lead and develop the finance team while building cross-functional partnerships
- Present financial results clearly to both financial and non-financial leaders
- Support contract reviews, auditors, lenders, and regulators
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance
- Proven ability in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Financial systems expertise, strong leadership, and communication skills
