We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our residential construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing construction operations while also assisting in drafting and estimating, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the creative aspects of design and planning.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

– Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on custom home builds and remodel projects, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

– Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for homeowners, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.

– Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets established quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.

– Drafting Responsibilities: Create detailed floor plans and 3D models using design software to help clients visualize their projects.

– Estimating Support: Collaborate with company owners to prepare accurate project estimates, ensuring alignment between design intentions and budget constraints.
