Senior Electrical Project Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical contracting, with a track record of successfully managing mid-large scale projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, or institutional markets
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and manpower effectively
  • Experience leading project teams and subcontractors on self-perform and subcontracted scopes
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between offices/sites as required

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for large-scale electrical projects
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal leadership
  • Oversee material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change management
  • Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project phases
  • Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant PMs, and field staff
