Senior Electrical Project Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical contracting, with a track record of successfully managing mid-large scale projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, or institutional markets
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and manpower effectively
Experience leading project teams and subcontractors on self-perform and subcontracted scopes
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between offices/sites as required

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for large-scale electrical projects
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal leadership
Oversee material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change management
Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project phases
Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant PMs, and field staff
