As a corporate office Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll join a passionate team dedicated to hospitality excellence, great food, and a lively workplace culture that celebrates diversity, innovation, and growth.

Accounts Payable Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

·       Competitive salary: $65 – $75K annually, based on experience

·       Performance bonus: 10% of annual salary

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

·       3-5 years of accounts payable experience

·       Proficiency in Restaurant365 and Microsoft Excel

·       Deep knowledge of accounts payable processes

·       Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

·       Strong communication skills for effective vendor and team collaboration

Accounts Payable Specialist Preferred Background:

·       Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or retail industries

·       Familiarity with inventory systems and high-volume invoice processing

·       Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus

·       Ability to drive process improvements for efficiency

·       Knowledge of 1099 reporting and IRS compliance

·       Leadership qualities to inspire and guide teams
