Billing & Logistics Specialist Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Manage end-to-end order processing and logistics coordination, including preparing shipping documents, issuing invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery for domestic and international shipments (FTL & LTL).
- Act as a key liaison between customers, carriers, and internal plant teams, providing real-time updates, resolving shipment issues, and ensuring a high level of service and communication.
- Ensure compliance with food safety (SQF), workplace safety, and sustainability standards, while identifying opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
- Experience with NetSuite or a comparable large ERP system
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and solution-oriented approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and complete tasks on time
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and take ownership of assigned duties
- Solid understanding of company products/services to provide knowledgeable support
