Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must have experience leading operation in both BOH/FOH
  • New restaurant opening experience
  • Positive and uplifting attitude
  • Passionate about developing and coaching others
  • Experience in a scratch kitchen environment

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, and train opening team
  • Ensure the team understands and follows brand standards and expectations
  • Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure a cohesive and fun working environment
  • Interact with guests and relationship build
  • Ongoing training and development to establish a positive, enriching company cultureKi
