Chief Operating Officer

A well-established hospitality management group is seeking a hands-on, strategic, and financially savvy Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across a portfolio of branded hotels. This is a rare opportunity to assume a key leadership role at a successful company.

Chief Operating Officer Benefits and Compensation:

• Target base salary: $225,000 – $250,000

• Relocation assistance to Washington State

• Full benefits package

• Opportunity to lead a growing portfolio of 20+ hotels

• Long-term leadership role with potential for impact

Chief Operating Officer Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a COO or SVP-level role overseeing at least 15 branded hotel properties and $100M+ in revenue

• Deep operational knowledge of Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brand standards—with strong industry relationships

• Direct oversight of multi-property operations, financial performance, and strategic growth

• Ability to step into daily operational leadership

• Strong financial acumen, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative leadership style with long-term vision

• Open to relocate to Washington State (package negotiable)

Chief Operating Officer Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with 20+ branded hotels

• Known for low ego, high involvement, and an analytical, forward-thinking mindset—avoids outsourcing and embraces hands-on leadership
