Head Pastry Chef Benefits

Head Pastry Chef Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Head or Executive Pastry Chef in a high-volume artisan bakery
- Expertise in laminated doughs, brioche, fillings, glazing, and detailed finishing techniques
- Experience managing multi-unit culinary operations and scaling production systems
- Strong recipe costing, quality control, yield tracking, and SOP implementation skills
Head Pastry Chef Qualifications
- Passion for inventive flavor combinations and creating visually striking pastries
- Proven leadership in hiring, training, and mentoring pastry teams
- Operational experience in launching wholesale-ready products and packaging
- Collaborative communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
