An established, high-volume scratch kitchen restaurant is seeking a driven, experienced Restaurant General Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to lead within a well-regarded, family-oriented restaurant group with long-standing roots and a clear path for growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, system-minded leader passionate about accountability, culture, and operational excellence.

Restaurant General Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years full-service Restaurant General Manager experience in $3M+ operations
  • Oversee all FOH and BOH operations in a scratch kitchen, high-volume environment
  • Extensive experience managing a craft beer and beverage program
  • Lead and develop a team of 30+ employees
  • Implement and enforce systems, SOPs, and performance tracking
  • Ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and team accountability
  • Control labor, food, and beverage costs using structured KPIs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
