An upscale dining destination is seeking a polished and personable Maitre D to lead the guest experience from the moment of arrival. The menu showcases sustainable seafood, craveable handmade pastas, heritage meats, local vegetables, craft cocktails, and a thoughtfully curated wine list—served in a vibrant, modern setting designed to delight and inspire.
Benefits & Compensation
- $25 to $32 per hour based on experience plus tips

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Maitre D, Head Host, or comparable front-of-house leadership role in upscale or fine dining
- Skilled in Resy for reservations, guest flow management, and VIP tracking
- Exceptional hospitality and guest service skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and create memorable experiences
- Proven team leadership abilities with a focus on training, coaching, and motivating front-of-house staff
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor
