Culinary Managing Partner Qualifications:

  • Proven executive-level culinary leadership – 5+ years in high-level leadership roles and strong industry progression
  • Experience opening and operating high-volume, chef-driven restaurants
  • Strong business acumen and comfort managing P&L, budgets, and vendor negotiations
  • Passion for people—mentorship, team-building, and guest experience
  • Creativity in menu development with a clear culinary point of view
  • A hands-on, collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset

Culinary Managing Partner Responsibilities:

  • Lead all culinary operations, from concept to execution
  • Oversee kitchen design, staffing, recipe development, and vendor partnerships
  • Set and maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Collaborate with ownership to shape menus, seasonal specials, and overall culinary direction
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing BOH team
  • Manage food cost, labor budgets, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Create a kitchen culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and creativity

Culinary Managing Partner Benefits:
