We are an established and well-respected restaurant group seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager for one of our popular, upscale-casual dining concepts.
Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- At least two years in a high-volume kitchen role
- Ability to lead and develop a strong team
- Displays working knowledge of restaurant inventory
- Basic understanding of financials and cost control
- Knowledge of all safety and sanitation regulations
Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee training of kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and ordering
- Ability to open or close a shift
- Ensure quality of product and adherence to recipes and procedures
- Control costs to ensure profitability
- Support the Kitchen Manager with tasks
