Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading A+ shifts.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Problem Solve and Win
- Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
Operations Manager Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
- 2+ years in high-volume restaurant management
- Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 40+ immediate direct reports.
Operations Manager Benefits:
