Food & Beverage Manager – St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
A wonderful beachfront destination is seeking a hands-on and strategic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, beach bar, event venues, and growing beachside service operations. This is your opportunity to revitalize a high-potential F&B program in one of the Caribbean’s most scenic locations.

Food & Beverage Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years in a senior F&B leadership role at a resort, hotel, or high-volume restaurant/bar
• Demonstrated success in driving F&B revenues and optimizing back/front-of-house workflows
• Hands-on daily management of restaurant, beach bar, events, and beachside F&B operations
• Resort or Club with beach service highly preferred.
Food & Beverage Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Background in beach operations (beach restaurant, beach club, or similar)
• Creative thinker with experience in guest engagement, themed events, and cross-functional team leadership
• Open to Relocation Candidates.
