Our new eatertainment venue in Raleigh combines high-energy vibes, handcrafted cocktails, and chef-driven food, offering guests an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s a high-stakes tournament or a casual night out, we’re all about creating memorable moments. We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving Manager who’s ready to lead from the floor, energize the team, and ensure smooth operations while delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.
Restaurant Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
- Strong communication and team-building skills to train, motivate, and support hourly staff.
- Ability to confidently handle guest issues and manage operations during high-pressure situations.
- High volume experience in a multi revenue outlet facility
- Experience working with a scratch kitchen
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team accountability and performance.
- Interest in advancing into more senior leadership roles within the company.
- New restaurant opening experience a plus
