Plant Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a safety-centric culture
  • Manage and lead operations, guiding, coaching, and directing all key functions
  • Responsible for operating performance, manufacturing functions, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining current customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Plant Manager Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operational Management
  •  A minimum of 5 years in a similar role in heavy industry
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to do financial modeling and budgeting
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various levels within customer organizations including internal and external clients.

Plant Manager Benefits:

  • Salary of $130k – $150k based on experience
  • EBITDA Bonus of up to $50k
  • 401k plan with up to 6% matched
  • 3 weeks of PTO
