Aircraft A&P Mechanic Level III – Boston, MA

Aircraft A&P Mechanic Level III Benefits and Compensation:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with 75–100% company-paid premiums

  • Pay range between $35/hr – $45/hr depending on location, experience, and other determining factors

Aircraft A&P Mechanic Level III Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must have a thorough understanding of 14 CFR Part 145 regulations and maintain a safe, organized work environment
  • Verify equipment/tool calibrations, perform maintenance using up-to-date technical data, and accurately document all work
  • Must be certified under 14 CFR Part 65
  • Minimum of 3 years of line maintenance experience in the aviation field
  • Must read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Each A&P Technician is authorized to approve an article for return to service under the repair station certificate

Aircraft A&P Mechanic Level III Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in an established MRO environment
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting, MELs, deferrals, and communication with pilots and crew members
  • Fleet qualification experience with various aircraft types, including Boeing and Airbus models
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Open to relocation candidates, though no relocation assistance will be provided
