Lead Senior Attorney Benefits & Compensation:

Lead Senior Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- 4+ years of legal experience, including exposure to probate matters
- Background in trusts and estates is a strong plus
- Proven experience mentoring junior attorneys and providing team leadership
- Ambitious and motivated to step into a Managing Attorney role
