Senior Litigation Attorney

Complex Business Litigation | Midtown Manhattan | In-Person Role

A growing boutique law firm specializing in Complex Business Litigation and Shareholder Advocacy is seeking to expand their dynamic team. Headquartered in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, the firm offers a collaborative, in-person culture with a steady pipeline of high-stakes, profitable cases—no pressure to bring in business.

What You Bring:

  • Specialization: Strong focus on complex litigation; experience in securities class actions or shareholder derivative lawsuits is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proven excellence in brief writing and litigation strategy.
  • Position Levels: Open to Associates, Senior Attorneys, and Counsel-level candidates.
