We are partnering with a rapidly growing legal technology company that is transforming the personal injury space through innovative technology and operational excellence. They are seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping to manage company priorities, streamline operations, and lead cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in driving strategic priorities and initiatives across the company
- Manage planning, coordination, and execution of special projects
- Facilitate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Act as a cross-functional connector, ensuring collaboration and alignment across teams
- Draft internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and executive materials
- Occasionally step in for the CEO in meetings or communications as needed
- Assist with office operations and event planning, particularly for hybrid team members near Boca Raton
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or similar leadership support role
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strategic thinker who can break down complex problems and drive execution
- Comfortable working with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in legal tech or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000, based on experience
