Chef Manager – Monday-Friday Schedule!

Chef Manager – Benefits and Compensation

Chef Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on culinary experience
  • 3+ years in a kitchen management role
  • Strong skills in budgeting, food cost control, and inventory
  • Able to lead and develop a small, dedicated culinary team
  • Customer service focused, with a polished, guest-facing demeanor
  • Comfortable being the face of the program and interacting with faculty, staff, and students
  • Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends for catering events

Chef Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in schools, hospitals, or banquet settings preferred
  • K-12 food service experience a plus, but not required
  • Culinary degree preferred, but not required
  • Creative and collaborative approach to menu planning and service
