Chef Manager – Monday-Friday Schedule!

Chef Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- $65,000 Annual Salary
- Monday–Friday Day Shifts – Be Home for Dinner

Chef Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on culinary experience
- 3+ years in a kitchen management role
- Strong skills in budgeting, food cost control, and inventory
- Able to lead and develop a small, dedicated culinary team
- Customer service focused, with a polished, guest-facing demeanor
- Comfortable being the face of the program and interacting with faculty, staff, and students
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends for catering events
- Must be willing to commute to the Ruston, LA area
Chef Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in schools, hospitals, or banquet settings preferred
- K-12 food service experience a plus, but not required
- Culinary degree preferred, but not required
- Creative and collaborative approach to menu planning and service
