This is not an IT recruiting role. If you’ve spent your recruiting career helping staff telecom

engineers, construction project leaders, or low-voltage specialists, you’re in the right place.

This role supports a team that designs, builds, and installs critical telecommunications infrastructure, think structured cabling, data centers, hospitals, airports, and more. It’s hands-on, field-based work.

We are looking for someone who knows how to find the technical pros who make it all happen. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers, project teams, and field leaders to recruit the people who power large-scale, mission-critical environments.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Tysons, VA, supporting high-impact infrastructure projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative recruiting team that values partnership, creativity, and getting great people hired.

Who You’ll Be Recruiting:

  • Telecommunications Engineers (low voltage, copper/fiber cabling)
  • Project Leaders / Project Managers
  • Superintendents overseeing field construction and installations
  • Other roles in structured cabling, electrical design, and systems integration

Senior Technical Recruiter – Telecommunications & Construction Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • A strong background recruiting for telecom, construction, or field-based engineering roles
  • Experience hiring in low-voltage, structured cabling, or infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with industry standards like TIA/EIA and BICSI is a big plus
  • A proven ability to build and maintain pipelines for high-demand technical roles
  • Experience following OFCCP-compliant hiring practices
  • Confidence working directly with project teams and hiring managers
  • Strong sourcing skills – social, digital, events, referrals, the works
  • Willing to travel up to 30% to job sites and client locations
