Join Our Team as a Human Resources Director!
Our client is seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead statewide HR functions in a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater San Diego area.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or other HR certifications (a plus)
- Minimum of five years of Director-level experience in managing an HR team with a solid generalist background in all areas of HR management, supporting at least 600 employees across multiple locations
- Experience with Worker's Comp cases and litigation
- Preferred experience in the hospitality industry, especially in HR leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of local, California, and federal employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving
