Human Resource Generalist Benefits/Compensation

Human Resource Generalist Requirements/Responsibilities
- Lead or assist with employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations
- Manage job postings, recruitment efforts, and new employee onboarding
- Oversee Leave of Absence programs, accommodations, and related processes
- Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and support reporting, bonus, and merit processes
- Handle employment verifications and contribute to various HR projects
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to maintain confidentiality
