Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR functions, including talent review and acquisition, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, diversity, employee relations, leadership development, and training
  • Provide leadership, advice, and counsel to all employees
  • Lead the Company’s staffing and recruiting efforts to ensure the hiring of top talent.
  • Increase the use of technology in administering and managing HR services and programs
  • Implement and communicate company policies and procedures
  • Insure compliance with labor laws and payroll requirements

Human Resources Manager Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of HRM experience in a luxury hotel
  • Unquestionable work ethic, personal integrity, and honesty
  • Strong team development, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
