An established and rapidly growing investment firm with a diversified focus across Venture Capital, Real Estate, Blockchain, and Public Markets is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team. This is an opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact by building full-stack applications that streamline the investment lifecycle and enhance operational efficiency.
We’re looking for an experienced developer who is passionate about fintech, thrives in collaborative environments, and is excited to solve complex problems with elegant code.
Senior Ruby on Rails Developer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.
- Enhance and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and stability.
- Build interactive, responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain high standards of code quality and test coverage.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and define engineering best practices.
- Integrate financial APIs with an emphasis on data security and compliance.
Senior Ruby on Rails Developer Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing with Ruby on Rails.
- Fintech, asset management, or financial services experience (required).
- Proven experience building and maintaining production applications.
- Strong front-end skills with React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
- In-depth understanding of data security protocols for financial applications.
- Experience working with AWS infrastructure.
- Solid database management skills, particularly with MySQL.
