PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of proven end-to-end product development
- Full stack tech development experience
- AI model engineering experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience within the insurtech/startup ecosystem
PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement end-to-end projects in collaboration with a small team
- Influence the technical direction of the company
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies
- Design robust, scalable systems with rigorous security protocols
- Mentor engineers and provide leadership to the organization
