We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT Helpdesk Technician to join our growing hospitality brand. In this hands-on role, you'll be the first line of technical support for both Corporate and Hotel teams, ensuring smooth IT operations across locations. Previous hotel experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist hotel and corporate staff with Microsoft Office, PMS, POS, and other hotel systems
- Handle user account management including setups, changes, and password resets
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
- Document support tasks and resolutions clearly and accurately
- Support hotel guests with technical issues (Wi-Fi, in-room technology)
- Deliver basic IT training to hotel staff when needed
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments
- Hospitality/hotel industry experience is required
- Familiarity with hotel tech systems such as PMS and POS is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
