Local favorite looking for an experienced Sous Chef who has solid experience working in a high-volume, upscale environment. You must have worked previously in a scratch kitchen featuring seasonal menu changes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the area's top restaurant groups.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2-4 years as a Sous Chef
- Upscale casual to fine dining background and familiar with chef-driven concepts
- Must have a good tenure
Sous Chef Salary / Benefits:
- The pay range is up to $58-64K base + yearly bonus up to 8K. Bonus could grow after a year.
