This leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, people development, and alignment with company goals and values. You will work closely with cross-functional support teams, including People Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure that shops are performing at a high level, both operationally and financially, while fostering an engaging, guest-centered environment.

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in fast-casual concepts
  • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience, overseeing a minimum of 4 locations
  • Experience leading 4+ Managers
  • Experience managing P&L and driving operational and financial excellence
  • Excellent integrity and character
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Passion for genuine hospitality
  • Fluent English
  • Available to travel to locations and be available after-hours for emergencies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
