Our business is built on creating exceptional experiences and memorable moments. We are seeking a dynamic and polished professional to serve as Regional General Manager, Events for our high-volume, multi-venue operations across Orange County, CA.
Regional General Manager, Events Benefits:

Regional General Manager, Events Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Destination management and event coordination experience REQUIRED
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as needed
- Professional leadership approach with team development focus
- Proven expertise in destination services, event execution, and client relationship management
- Strong track record in guest satisfaction and team engagement
- Conduct local market outreach and relationship building with key partners
- Travel capability throughout Orange County to Santa Barbara County region
- Prepare weekly activity reports and participate in strategic company meetings
- Lead coordination of promotional destination experiences and client events
- Partner effectively with venue management and local vendors to ensure flawless service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, transportation providers, and activity partners
