We are looking for a results-driven Security Account Manager to oversee physical security operations at client sites. This role ensures service quality, manages security personnel, and maintains strong client relationships to support retention and growth.


Security Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and security team.
  • Manage site operations, staffing, and scheduling to ensure full coverage.
  • Supervise, train, and support on-site security staff.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance.
  • Handle client concerns and oversee incident response.
  • Prepare reports and performance summaries.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within accounts.

Security Account Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in security operations or account management
  • High school diploma required; degree preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • ASIS or AHLEI certificate (plus)
