A premier private club in New Jersey is seeking a driven and dynamic Clubhouse Manager to oversee all aspects of clubhouse operations. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring impeccable service standards across dining, special events, and facilities. You’ll work closely with the COO and serve as the key point of contact for both members and staff—creating a refined, welcoming environment where luxury and hospitality meet.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or private club management
  • Hands-on leadership style with exceptional communication and service skills
  • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and club management software

Requirements

  • Oversee clubhouse operations including dining services, events, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Act as General Manager in the COO’s absence and support strategic planning
  • Recruit, train, and manage service staff and front-line managers
  • Maintain member engagement through proactive service, issue resolution, and event support
