Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Lead and Inspire – Motivate your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.
  • Operational Excellence – Ensure food quality, service standards, and presentation are always top-notch.
  • Drive Results – Help us exceed company goals in sales, service, and team development.
  • Create a Positive Environment – Foster a fun, supportive, and productive workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of full P&L and team management experience, leading teams of 20+ people.
  • Proven ability to manage both FOH and BOH operations with equal confidence.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills and a team-first mindset.
