General Managers for our concept need to be sincerely focused on hospitality and the development of their team. If you have 3+ years of GM experience in full-service restaurants with heavy bar volume, and are looking for a better quality of life with an amazing company, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!

General Manager Responsibilities:

General Manager Qualifications:

• Hands-on GM leadership experience in the Hospitality Operations
• Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
• Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
• Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
• Must be able to work flexible shifts: nights, mornings, mids, and weekends
