General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant general management, with strong front-of-house leadership
· Oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
· Partner with the executive chef and corporate leadership on menu launches, seasonal offerings, and brand activations
· Expertise in OpenTable
· Manage scheduling, inventory, P&L reporting, and cost controls to meet and exceed financial targets
· Drive guest loyalty and community engagement through events, local partnerships, and service excellence
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as internal operational standards
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
· Experience in upscale casual dining concepts
· Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style with a commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction
