We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Tax Supervisor/Manager who’s ready to lead with expertise, think strategically, and help transform how tax services are delivered in a modern, digital-first environment. 🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to technical expert for complex tax matters.
- Review advanced tax returns (1120S, 1065, 1040) for accuracy, compliance, and strategic value.
- Mentor and lead a small team of talented tax professionals.
- Conduct tax research and help define internal best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams on automation and tax modeling.
- Review and validate tax software; offer insights to improve performance.
- Occasionally consult with high-profile or complex clients.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on tax experience, focusing on S-Corps, partnerships, and individual returns.
- CPA or licensed tax attorney (required).
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. direct tax law.
- Bonus points for experience with C-Corps, estate/gift planning, or PE/VC clients.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
