A leading fundraising organization seeks a Data Entry Associate to support all aspects of the Finance team including database projects and maintenance, AP, donor communications, regional offices, and vendors. Reporting to the Data Entry Manager, you'll be able to have a significant impact on the data integrity and management of the systems.

Non-Profit Data Entry Associate Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree Required. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative/finance or accounting assistance experience; prefer non-profit
  • 3+ years of Raiser's Edge database management experience
  • High proficiency with Raiser Edge, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate excel user
  • Strong communication skills

Non-Profit Data Entry Associate Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely entry of gift transactions, gift batches
  • Preparation of acknowledgement letters for donation gifts
  • Reconciliations, financial deposits and Raiser Edge record keeping
  • Assist with vendor and employee expenses reports.
  • Process and handle donor checks, receipts, supporting materials, and other communications
  • Other projects as needed
