Remote Tax Manager

Remote Tax Manager Benefits and Compensation:
• Base salary: $120,000–$130,000, depending on experience
• 100% remote work environment

Remote Tax Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of tax experience with S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals in professional services, technology, or financial services
• CPA or Licensed Tax Attorney required
• Proven ability to review complex tax returns (1120S, 1065, 1040) for accuracy and compliance
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Skilled in tax research, process optimization, and documentation of best practices
• Able to advise clients and internal teams on complex tax strategies and regulatory updates
Remote Tax Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience with Private Equity or Venture Capital clients is a plus
• Familiarity with C-Corp, trust, estate, or gift taxation is advantageous
• High adaptability, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset aligned with startup culture
