What You’ll Do
- Lead, develop, and motivate a large team
- Oversee full operations, including hiring, scheduling, inventory, and team culture
- Manage labor and food costs with a strong understanding of P&L and key performance metrics
- Accurately forecast and prepare for both walk-in and pre-order volume, especially during seasonal peaks
- Ensure consistent execution of high-quality products and guest service
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume quick-service, fast-casual, or food-focused retail
- Excellent communication, organization, and people-development skills
- A community-minded leader who leads with positivity and purpose
